Seaside is really the spot in Newport! It's open 24/7 and is a great spot for a morning coffee and treat, a mid day pick me up, or a late night snack. This spot is literally located right next to the seaside where you can walk to the beach after grabbing your items. Parking is usually not as issue here as there are a lot open spots. However, lines could get long if you come during a busy time. From my experience, after midnight on weekends is usually when they are busiest. Overall, this spot is serving up some croissants, donuts, coffee, tea, smoothies, and more! My must orders are the green Thai tea and any donut! The staff here are very efficient, friendly, and welcoming. The good thing about this place is that regardless of the time you're reading this review, you can stop by and it'll still be open!

I had heard a lot about Seaside Donuts Bakery so I decided to give it a try for lunch one day. At the bakery, I ordered a ham and cheese jalapeno croissant, which I got warmed up, and a jelly donut. The woman who served me at the counter was very friendly. The prices for both items were incredibly reasonable, especially given how expensive food is nowadays. As there was nowhere to sit inside I sat near the pier. The croissant was pretty good --- with plenty of ham and cheese and jalapenos to give it some bite. The croissant was a little saggy and oily, not light and flaky. It was good --- but not great. The donut was filling and filled with a lot of raspberry jelly. I'm glad I tried the place and I'll try it again. For the price, it's great value. And because it's open 24/7, amazing in this day and age, if I'm in the area at night and have the munchies I'll definitely stop by.

24/7 donut spot at Newport Beach! They have a good selection and perfect for grabbing something to go. I got one of their Croissant Donuts and when heated up a little bit is a buttery sweet goodness! I believe that they are Cambodian owned and there's a good amount of history of how that came to be (Google it!) The store is clean and well-kept. Service is very friendly and overall good spot to fulfill your sweet tooth!

Visited aunt pookie ! She's the. Sweetest annd always very happy and welcoming. Uncle wasn't there but it's always. Nice too grab a Cronut and green Thai tea and just go walk around. Thank you for the amazing service and being so welcoming.

CRAZY how this place is open 24/7. Also it's nice by the beach and there was a good amount of parking. Careful with the possible long lines and weather when going here. FOOD and drinks was amazing especially for especially for the price. They get the food and drink out super fast too. Note: It's cash only!

if you're looking to enjoy the amazing late night vibes at newport beach's pier, check seaside out! they always have a long line for a reason ;) i love getting their cronuts and regular thai tea! admittedly, i've had better donuts and thai tea, but you're not paying for the best foods here. you're paying for the vibes and memories that come along with the journey! i've stood in the line and had their foods/drinks at least 10 times since i've entered college, and every single time, it hits a sweet, nostalgic spot. i love you seaside, and i'll never stop loving you hehe
