Best pho in Union city hands down! Growing up in Union City I've always gone to Pho Pasteur, but as soon Pho VN opened I never went back! Their broth is so clean and flavorful, it's a little on the sweet side which is why it's so addicting! Not only is their pho amazing, but their rice plates and vermicelli are also top notch. Can't go wrong eating here!

The lady who took our order was nice. The Jackfruit and Mango smoothies were really tasty. It was creamy and not watered down with ice. Boba was chewy and perfectly cooked. Had a rice plates combo. The porkchop and chinese sausage were juicy and had great flavor. I wish the shrimp cake had a little bit more meat but still good. The seafood soup came with a lot of shrimp, tofu, quail egg, etc. The soup was just right. Not salty but very flavorful. Enjoyed the soup on the rice. Will definitely be coming back. They open at 9AM :)

We came here for one thing only and it did not disappoint. We got the pho and it was the perfect bowl for a cold rainy day. There was a decent amount of noodles and meat and the broth was so good! Prices were good as far as prices for pho goes these days. Cash only, but they took venmo when we went. Overall, I will be back.

The storm made me craving for hot flavorful pho. I decided to give it a try again. I went the first time and it was out of beef broth. Yes you heard that right. It wasn't even the closing time. This time I went during lunch on weekday made sure I got nicely spot and of course they had beef broth. Went for pho with lean meat. I felt like I got a big portion of bean sprouts lol which I loved and cilantro. Extra limes were appreciated. The service is nice and prompt. The food arrived shortly. The broth to me this time went on salty side. The meat was good and noodles portion was huge to my preference. Mom went with seafood one and she was satisfied. We also craved for fresh spring rolls. It was nicely presented. The sauce was super. Love the texture and the flavor. Next time I would try the rice plate and of course the fresh spring rolls I wouldn't miss. Come and give it a try. The location has plenty of parking.
