It's been 10 years since I've visited this restaurant and boy, did it bring back memories... The last time I was here, I wrote that the curry noodles lost its luster and felt very diluted. Now, after having it again, it tasted like it was back to its original form. So good. Just thinking about it is making me drool. The curry noodles with tofu (what's listed on the menu) doesn't detail the rest of the toppings you're going to get such as eggplant with fish paste, tofu stuffed with fish paste, green pepper and another tofu. It's a great variety and very filling. The curry alone makes the trip worth it. The other things we ate were the roti and the beef skewers. The beef could have been more tender but the chunky peanut sauce is on point!

**CASH ONLY** After seeing multiple positive reviews on social media I was excited to visit Taste Good! Setting: A busy and smaller sized restaurant with indoor seating and a takeout counter for pickups. Service: A very kind lady took our order and was accommodating to my partner's dietary restrictions (which is hard to get in Malaysian chiding). Food: The satay was a highlight alongside the mee hoon (noodles). As a Malaysian, this laksa was too milky and didn't have enough flavor and toppings but it would be perfect for those who don't want something too strong. Overall, it was a great visit and I will definitely be returning!

Finally got a chance to visit this spot after hearing great things about year months ago! The highlight was the Char Kway Teo - absolutely delicious! I also got the laksa, which was flavorful and particularly revitalizing for a cold night. The restaurant was packed when my friends and I arrived, but the staff were very efficient in putting together tables and seating people. So we didn't have to wait long. Will definitely want to come back again to try the many other options on the menu!

We had lunch with some friends here. The place is small with a few tables. The decor is dated but you are there for the food. The food is still as good as it was 8 years ago. The prices are higher and it might be my imagination but I felt the portions are smaller. I had the roti canai, the Nasi Lemak and the Beef chow fun (gravy). The roti canai was soft and fluffy and thick. It's not the one with the crispy edges; it was more like naan. The curry dipping sauce is just as tasty and delicious as usual. The Nasi Lemak only had two pieces of curry chicken. But they were flavorful and tender. The coconut rice is fragrant and well made. The beef chow fun was good but didn't have a whole lot of beef. Overall it's my nostalgia food and where I want to go to when I get cravings.

Taste good has continually been a delicious and reliable place to satisfy my Singaporean/malaysian food cuisine. I've lived in sf and Seattle and both places never came close to having good and reliable SEA food. Taste Good has a big menu but I always go back to the sambal Kang Kong, Singapore laksa and the seafood gravy hor fun. It's cash only so rmb to draw some before getting to elmhurst.

Such a nice hike in the wall eatery! I'm not in Elmhurst often but I came here for a dinner with friends and was not disappointed. It's a small area so please give your grace and patience to the staff as they are constantly busy trying to get people their food and accommodate seating. The wait won't be too long either! I had the Roti, Beef Rendang, Clams in Black Bean Sauce, Malaysian Popiah (not pictured), and a delicious chicken dish that I cannot remember the name of unfortunately. It was my first time having roti and I can see why it's such a popular item. I loved how tender the beef Rendang was and it was very warm and filling for the soul in my opinion. I definitely want to come back here to try more food!
