Had a great meal here. Things looked pricey but we got the beef combo, $116 - after a coke, tip and tax, $149. Fed 5 adults, one child, problem. It says $5 for soybean (dwenjang jjigae) and steamed egg (gyeran jjim) but those are actually free, so we got 3 or 4 of each over the course of cooking beef and we were stuffed. Very clean, they helped cook the meat, and service was great. We were in a room and the tables seemed small because they were completely covered in dishes of food. I'd happily come back to eat!

I've always passed by this place whenever I walk around the Source and wanted to give it a try. The first time I went here I went with my friend and it had become one of my go-to kbbq spots with the tasty side dishes, good service, and high quality meats. Personally, I like the pork combo more than the beef at this place, however the beef short ribs were also one of my favorites. Food: - Seafood and Scallion Pancake: This thing was HUGE. We didn't expect it to be that big and we ended up bringing it home. Taste was alright. I'm not sure if I would order it again. - Spicy Cold Noodle: I've been on a search for good cold noodles, but this one didn't really hit the spot. - Beef Combo: The other times I've ordered the beef combo it was great, however in my most recent visit a few of the meats were very chewy and hard to eat. - Pork Combo: My go-to order. It's always been good every visit. - Peach Soju Slush: You can definitely taste all the alcohol, but honestly pretty good. Service: 4/5 - Overall, the servers are all nice and answered all our questions. However, I'd rather go on a weekday than a weekend just because weekdays are less busy and servers are a bit more attentive. Pricing: - Pretty reasonable for what you get. There is an added fee to the bill, so no tipping is required.

Absolutely loved my first experience dining at M Korean BBQ. The quality of the meat is what you're paying for plus the luxury of someone cooking for you. For me, it was well worth it. My friend and I enjoyed the small beef set which came with a variety of high quality cuts and premium sides like soybean soup and steamed egg. Of course you can also find your usual but very well made kbbq side dishes at the table as well. We ended our meal very satisfied. The ambiance is way nicer than the other kbbq establishments I've visited, perfect for a date night or spot to celebrate and up your kbbq experience. Highly recommend. Would come back 100%!

Impromptu lunch with friends and we all agreed, M Korean bbq was amazing. Chose beef and pork combo for our party of 5. Meats came + egg/tofu soup came out and were placed on side tables (not much space on table). Meat quality was great ! The romaine salad, japchae, cilantro and kimchi sides were so delicious -the dressing they used for salads was sooo delicious and refreshing. Cheese corn pancake -I enjoyed this cheesy, greasy dish 2 servers who were so great and changed our grills + got us sides refills Mandatory 10% service charge (no tip) ~$245 for 5 people. Reasonable. We were so full and satisfied at the end of our meal Notes: -Wednesday 1pm, lots of empty tables -Location: 3rd floor + closest to Orangethorpe street side

For dine in on Friday, March 29th, 2024. The task of finding a Korean BBQ at which to celebrate a friend's birthday was left to me. I put the final 3 choices to a family vote and M Korean BBQ was chosen because the meat combos were appealing, it was open late until 12:00 a.m., and there was free parking. I tried to make a reservation, but reservations are not taken so I let everyone know that we would just go and wait. We decided on meeting at 7:45 p.m. because people would be coming from work and Good Friday service. We found parking in the structure. It was our 1st time at the Source. We wandered around and found the restaurant on the upper level near the theater. We sent in my husband to see what the wait would be. He told us to come in. He had put his name on the waitlist, but we were already up. Our guest of honor was running late. Our server Jared saw to it that we had pitchers of hot tea and iced tea while we waited for the 5th member of our party. The music was quite loud so you had to listen closely to catch the conversation. My husband ordered for us the M Beef Combo for 2, the M Pork Combo for 2, a seafood pancake, and a cold noodle. The combo came with pine mushroom, soybean paste soup with beef brisket, salad, and steamed egg. I usually would take more photos of our food, but I was enjoying our conversation with our friend. Jared did the cooking for us and even thought to ask if we wanted rice. The food tasted good (with the standouts with respect to the sides being the green onion salad and the kimchi) and there was plenty leftover to enjoy for a couple more meals. We continued talking with our friend after dinner and were not rushed to leave. Jared brought another pitcher of iced tea. The establishment provides leftover containers. It is not AYCE. Instead of a tip, there is a 10% fee for waiter service.
